PURPOSE: A refrigerator for storage of Kim is provided to take advantage of existing lid opening and closing type and drawer opening and closing type by forming the refrigerator with a fixed case and a movable case. CONSTITUTION: A refrigerator includes a fixed case(10) having a cooling unit placed on an inside thereof, a lower side and one of sides thereof opened, and having packing material(12) formed on a bottom of an upper part thereof; a movable case(50) put in and out through the open side of the fixed case, forming storage compartments(52) sealed by the packing material, and having display part(54) placed thereon for control of the storage compartments; and an opening and closing unit allowing the movable case to be put into and out of the fixed case. The opening and closing unit comprises rollers(14) installed on both sides of the inside of the fixed case, and having toothed peripheral surfaces to be rotate by driving motors(16) attached on the inside of the fixed case; and guide rails(58) concavely formed on both sides of the movable case, having toothed upper sides to be engaged with the rollers and linearly move back and forth, and separation preventing protrusions(59) formed on lower ends thereof.
