FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves allowing patient to do some physical work in moving his/her body weight to given altitude and back. The physical work power is calculated from formula W = 1,3Mnh(sinalpha+kcosalpha)/sinalpha, where M is the testee weight, h is the ascending altitude in meters, n is the ascending frequency per 1 min, 1.3 is coefficient value, k is the friction coefficient between materials of inclined plane surface and cloth and alpha is the angle made up by the inclined plane and horizontal floor surface. Physical loading power is controlled by varying inclined plane height and ascending frequency per time unit.
