PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily replenish a washing solution. SOLUTION: A private parts washing device includes: a washing solution retaining part for retaining a washing solution such as cleaner; a washing solution mixing part 33 disposed in a water supply passage leading to a washing nozzle 2 for ejecting wash water from a spout to the private parts, the mixing part mixing the wash water with the washing solution coming from the washing solution retaining part; and the washing nozzle 2 for ejecting a mixed solution of the wash water and the washing solution to the private parts. The washing solution retaining part is formed to hold a commercially available refill container 30 of the washing solution.
