<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid food and drink containing a fat-soluble vitamin, a stabilization method for the fat-soluble vitamin, and a composition used for the method. <P>SOLUTION: The liquid food and drink containing the fat-soluble vitamin contains at least 1 mg of riboflavin or its derivative or one of their salts and at least 1 mg of pyridoxine or its derivative or one of their salts based on 100 mL of the food and drink. The stabilization method for the fat-soluble vitamin comprises adding riboflavin or its derivative or one of their salts and pyridoxine or its derivative or one of their salts to a solution or a liquid food and drink containing the fat-soluble vitamin.
