The muscle training device comprises a flexible body (2) for insertion into the vagina. Inside the flexible body is at least one spring (6) which acts on the flexible wall (4) to exert outwardly directed pressure on the wall. On exceeding a predetermined force acting on the spring the spring changes its pressure impulse-like on the wall. The spring has two free elastic arms (10, 12) connected together by a connector (14).
