PURPOSE: A method for plating a metal matrix with molten aluminum is provided to almost zero non-plating ratio and pin hole generation ratio of the surface of a matrix so that corrosion resistance, weatherability and heat resistance of the plating product are maximized, perform finishing operation promptly and easily and obtain a plating product having smooth plating surface and superior glossiness. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises a degreasing step; a pickling step; a water washing step; a flux treatment step of dipping a water washed matrix into a flux solvent at a temperature of 40 to 90 deg.C for 1 to 10 min, wherein the flux solvent is obtained by adding 10 to 30 wt.% of an aqueous flux comprising 35 to 50 wt.% of potassium chloride (KCl), 5 to 10 wt.% of cryolite and 40 to 60 wt.% of ammonium fluoride (NH4F) or aluminum fluoride (AlF3) to 100 wt.% of water; a plating step of dipping the flux treated matrix into a plating solution at a temperature of 680 to 750 deg.C for 5 to 30 min, wherein the plating solution is obtained by adding 5 to 10 wt.% of a molten flux comprising 25 to 35 wt.% of sodium chloride (NaCl), 15 to 25 wt.% of potassium chloride (KCl), 20 to 30 wt.% of cryolite and 20 to 30 wt.% of a fluoride selected from ammonium hydrogen fluoride (NH4HF2), ammonium fluoride (NH4F) or aluminum fluoride (AlF3) to 100 wt.% of molten aluminum; a post treatment step of pickling the surface of the plating treated matrix to remove powder of molten flux adhered to the plating surface of the matrix and obtain flatness and glossiness of the plating surface of the matrix; and a finishing treatment step of drying the water washed plating surface of the matrix by water washing the pickling treated plating surface of the matrix.
