PURPOSE: An LCD integrating a touch panel is provided to dispose a touch panel between a top case and an LCD module and locate an electrode layer of the touch panel in an upper plate area of the top case, thereby compacting structure size. CONSTITUTION: An LCD integrating a touch panel includes an LCD module, a touch panel(56) formed on the LCD module, and a top case(40) and a cover bottom(42) for casing the LCD module secured by the touch panel. A rubber bezel is provided between edges of the touch panel and the top case for protecting the touch panel from external impact. The touch panel includes upper and lower electrode layers facing to each other. The electrode layers are formed with a width less than that of a black matrix of the LCD module to be positioned in an area corresponding to the black matrix. |
