A tire manufacturing method capable of providing a green tire having a carcass ply folded up at the end part thereof around a bead core by using a core manufacturing method, comprising the steps of stamping an inner liner (40) on the outer surface of a hard core (12), forming a carcass (46) on the inner liner (40), expanding a bladder (36) disposed inside the hard core to fold up the end part of the carcass (46), and stamping well known tire component members such as belts, side treads, and a top tread in the same manner as in conventional methods, whereby the green tire can be formed on the outer surface of the hard core (12).
