<p>A weather strip (1) in an intermediate or final form that comprises a hollow portion (2) containing an expandable or expanded reinforcing filling member (5) formed of a solid thermo-foaming material having a pressure-sensitive adhesive on an exterior surface thereof, a method of manufacturing the weather strip and a loading device (6) for aiding in the manufacture of the weather strip. The hollow portion of the weather strip can be partially, mostly, or completely filled by the expandable reinforcing filling member.</p> |
