<p>The present invention relates to a generator to be driven by a driving member of a bicycle. The generator according to the invention can be made with a simple and reliable design and with a performance which is sufficient for a head and tail light even at low rotational speed of the driving member. Accordingly, the generator can be driven not only by the wheel of the bicycle but also by a crank hub axle. The generator is provide with a combination between a transmission which causes a rotor to rotate faster than the rotating member of the bicycle and a rotor-stator arrangement comprising a plurality of magnet pole sets and windings.</p> |
