IMMUNOMODULATION USING RNA INTERFERENCE

摘要

Disclosed are novel methods of altering immune system function in a mammal b y the administration of double stranded RNA with homology to genes of immunological importance. Said genes include cytokines, adhesion molecules and costimulatory molecules. More specifically , a method of altering immune system function through administration of modified genetically modifi ed dendritic cells is disclosed.
