PINK LIGHT EMITTING DIODE

摘要

PURPOSE: A pink light emitting diode is provided to embody a pink color and improve a chromaticity diagram and peak emission by encapsulating a light emitting diode chip while using a compound in which a garnet-based fluorescent body with a red excitation light emitting characteristic is mixed with epoxy resin in a predetermined ratio. CONSTITUTION: A light emitting diode chip(2) is prepared. Epoxy resin encapsulates the light emitting diode chip. A fluorescent body(4) absorbs the light emitted from the light emitting diode chip to change the wavelength of the absorbed light. Epoxy resin with predetermined self-viscosity is applied to the surface of the light emitting diode chip having a wavelength of 430-530 nanometer. A garnet-based fluorescent body activated by Cr¬3+ ions is distributed to the liquid epoxy resin.
