PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data transmission control apparatus for allowing an FPGA (Field Programmable Gate Array) to reliably receive program data in programming the FPGA and reducing the time required for the programming. SOLUTION: The data transmission control apparatus is configured such that the apparatus compares two consecutive data or more, decreases a data transmission interval when they are matched and extends the data transmission interval when mismatched.
