<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To compensate for the band deterioration of electrical signals due to ambient temperature variation and changes due to time passage, in a compact and low-cost constitution. <P>SOLUTION: A band compensator 26 has inductors L1, L2 connected between load resistors R1, R2 of differential FET1, FET2 and a bias adjusting resistor R3, and FET3, FET4 connected in parallel with the inductors L1, L2. A control voltage Vg is applied to the gate terminals of the FET3, FET4. The inductance components of the inductors L1, L2 are varied to adjust the peaking frequency in a high-frequency region. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
