<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a heat resistant conductive material hard to oxidize even at a high temp. of 1000 deg.C and a hard to lower its conductivity, and to produce a composite material using the above material and ceramics and in which the material is hard to peel from the substrate ceramics. SOLUTION: This heat resistant conductive material has a composition contg. aluminum and titanium, in which the atomic ratio of aluminum to titanium is regulated to 1.2 to 4.1, and at the time of measuring the pulverized materials of the composition by X-ray diffraction method, the total of the diffraction intensity value in the (201) plane of Ti3 Al, the (200) plane of TiAl and the (200) plane of TiAl3 is regulated to <=0.5 to the diffraction intensity value of aluminum, furthermore, the composition subjected to heat treatment at 1000 deg.C for 200hr in the air has <=1Ω.cm room temp. specific resistance value, and, it is produced by a thermal spraying method. Moreover, a composite material using the above material and ceramics is provided.</p> |
