PURPOSE: A chilled meat cutter with circular rotating blades mounted therein is provided to enable continuous supply and cutting of the meat through an improvement in performance of the cutter, thereby achieving an increase in productivity of processed meat. CONSTITUTION: The chilled meat cutter comprises two circular blades, which can rotate bilaterally at a desired rotational speed. The cutter further comprises a stone grinding device(7) for prompt grinding of the blades, a stepping motor and a stepping motor controller for automatically adjusting the cut thickness of the meat, a meat discharge conveyor device, a safety cover, and a support frame(11) serving as an essential component for achieving bilateral rotation of the blades.
