摘要 FIELD: measurement technology, measurement of amplitudes of vibrations in mechanical engineering, aircraft industry and some other fields. SUBSTANCE: reference and measurement beams of coherent radiation are formed, interference field is created, radiation frequency of one beam is displaced relative to another through value less than omega/2, where omega is vibration frequency of controlled object, signal proportional to brightness of interference field is obtained and amplitude of vibrations is evaluated by its character. Process is distinguished as signal swing is found, low-frequency component is removed from signal and swing of remaining high-frequency part included in interval between nearest minimal and maximal values of high-frequency component is determined to evaluate character of signal and amplitude is established by formula.
