PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device which can adjust an amplitude and a phase of a transmission circuit correctly even if an output level of a transmitter is changed, and which keeps a transmission antenna directivity in a normal state.

SOLUTION: A transmission reference signal corrector 72 corrects a transmission reference signal as a reference which is supplied to an error detector 62 for controlling the amplitude and phase of the transmission circuit. A control volume determining device 73 is provided to determine control volume Wt of an amplitude and phase controller 31 on the transmitting side against a reference value Wo and its allowable range ΔW. A table corrector 74 and a transmission control signal setting device 75 are provided which increase or decrease control volume of transmission power by a transmission control signal TCS based on the result of determination by the device 73.
