RUBBER COMPOSITION FOR FORMING SHAPE OF WEATHER STRIP

PURPOSE: Provided is a rubber composition for forming the shape of weather strip, which prevents the black staining at the part contacting with the automobile metallic coated plate and yellowing at the part contacting with the white coated plate. CONSTITUTION: The rubber composition comprises 100 parts by weight of an ethylene-propylene-diene terpolymer(EPDM) as a base, 0.5-1.5 parts by weight of a vulcanization accelerator, 3-10 parts by weight of a foaming agent and 0.5-3.5 parts by weight of a non-urea foaming aid. In particular, the non-urea foaming aid used to decrease the decomposition temperature of the foaming agent is zinc-di-tolyl sulfinate dihydrate or a metallic zinc derivative.
