<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable even a computer not provided with an application for decoding ciphered data to display data indicating the header and outline, etc., of the ciphered data. <P>SOLUTION: The ciphered data are generated by ciphering original data, the ciphered data are turned to an original data ciphered file, also a header describing contents regarding the ciphered data is turned to a header file (step S3) and the original data ciphered file and the header file are preserved as one ciphered data file in appearance. For the ciphered data file, only the header file can be displayed on a general application.
