A vehicle rear seat device (1) characterized by comprising a bench seat (2) in the form of a seat cushion (7) having three juxtaposed seats (4, 5, 6), in which a pair of frame members (23, 30, 24, 31) are disposed in positions corresponding to the opposite sides of a middle seat (4), seat belt anchors (A, B, C, D) for the seats (4, 5, 6) attached to the frame members (23, 30, 24, 31), a pair of movable rails (29) to which the frame members (23, 30, 24, 31) are fixed, and a seat slide device (3) in the form of a pair of fixed rails (28) slidably supporting the movable rails (29) and fixed to the vehicle floor through leg members (27).
