SOLUTION: The culture container 1 has a hydrophilic region 3 exhibiting hydrophilicity regardless of temperature, and temperature-responsive regions 4 convertible between hydrophilicity and hydrophobicity divided by a prescribed boundary temperature on the bottom surface 2.
