PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary tooling device excellent in practicality which prevents failures in power supply and machining by protecting a power terminal of a tool holder held with a holder. SOLUTION: The tool holder 1 holding a tool 21 is mounted to the rotary tooling device 11, and the tool 21 is rotated therein for machining. A rotating part 12 to rotate the tool holder 1 is also provided in the device 11. A rotating mechanism 2 to rotate the tool 21, the power terminal 3 to drive the rotating mechanism 2, and a protector 30 to cover up the power terminal 3 are provided in the tool holder 1. Further, a power feeding terminal 13 to be connected to the power terminal 3 is provided in the device 11. Further, an exposing mechanism to enable the power terminal 3 to be connected to the power feeding terminal 13 by exposing the power terminal 3 covered up by the protector 30. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
