PURPOSE: An isolated structure of reflected wave of a surface acoustic wave filter(SAW) is provided to simplify the manufacturing process of the SAW filter to previously isolated the reflected wave generated at the SAW filter. CONSTITUTION: An isolated structure of reflected wave of a surface acoustic wave filter includes an input interdigital transducer(IDT)(31), an output IDT(33), a ground member(32) formed between the input IDT(31) and the output IDT(33) for removing the noise and a pair of isolating members(40,50) made of a plurality of polygons. The input IDT(31) converts the external electrical signal into a mechanical signal and the output IDT(33) converts the mechanical signal into an electrical signal. In the plurality of the polygons of the isolating members(40,50), the side vertical to the traveling direction of the reflected wave does not exist so as to isolate the reflected wave generated from the input IDT(31) and the output IDT(33) at both sides of the input IDT(31) and the output IDT(33). |
