PURPOSE: Provided is a terrazzo composition, which prevents static electricity and has excellent flame resistance and durability suitable to be used as a flooring material in a chemical plant or a gunpowder plant. CONSTITUTION: The terrazzo composition comprises a white cement, an imitation stone, a marble chip, 0.10-0.50 parts by weight of a stainless steel fiber and 0.1-0.3 parts by weight of a fiber dispersant, and has the surface-to-surface resistance and surface-to-earth resistance of 2.5x10¬4 ohms to 1.0x10¬6 ohms. Particularly, the stainless steel fiber has the length of 1-3 mm. The fiber dispersant includes 1,6-hexanediol and neopentylglycol.
