<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating volume reduction apparatus for a foamed resin molded body by which the whole foamed resin molded body is uniformly hardened and the apparent specific gravity is uniformly increased. <P>SOLUTION: The heating volume reduction apparatus 1 for the foamed resin molded body is provided with an apparatus main body 10 having a horizontal hollow part 11 for floating an EPS particulate substance, a hot air feeding means 20 for feeding hot air into a hollow part 11, a vent means 40 for venting the fed hot air, a ribbon screw 30 for collection and a ribbon screw 31 for dispersion (an agitating means) freely rotatable supported around a long shaft of the hollow part 11, and a vacuum means 3 which can make the inside of the hollow part 11 vacuum. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
