FIELD: liqueur and vodka industry. SUBSTANCE: vodka comprises the following components per 1000 dal of ready product: lactic acid, 0.1-0.5 kg; sodium hydrocarbonate, 0.3-0.7 kg; sugar syrup with concentration 65.8%, 18.2-18.6 l; of wheat grain yeast-free small loafs an aqueous- -spirituous infusion of the 1-st blend, 3.8- 4.2 l; rectified ethyl alcohol "Luks" and drinking purified water after additional treatment with silver ions, the balance, up to strength 40%. Proposed vodka provides weak bred aroma, coffee-cream tint and aroma and taste based on combination of its components and their quantitative ratio that is unexpected effect and to obtain vodka with enhanced qualitative indices providing necessary valuable components and carbon oxides. Except for, the combination of using components allows enhancement of stability of ready product in the process of storage that shows positive effect for it quality, enrichment vodka with silver ions giving disinfecting properties.
