PURPOSE: A low voltage pumping circuit is provided to increase pumping efficiency by arranging two capacitors between ground voltage and supply voltage serially. CONSTITUTION: According to the pumping circuit generating a pumped voltage higher than a power supply voltage(VCC), an output port outputs the boosted voltage. The first switch circuit connects the first and the second capacitors serially between the power supply voltage and a ground voltage(GND), while the first and the second capacitors(C10,C20) are precharged. And the second switch circuit connects the first and the second capacitors in parallel between the output port and the power supply voltage, while a pumping operation is performed through the first and the second capacitors.
