PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supply an electric current required for reducing a leak electric current when not operating an internal circuit provided in a semiconductor integrated circuit device, and for operating the internal circuit. SOLUTION: The semiconductor integrated circuit device is provided with a first power source means equipped with a current supply element composed of a bipolar transistor for supplying a first potential required for operating the internal circuit and a second power source means for supplying a second potential set lower than the first potential, and when operating the internal circuit, the first potential is supplied but when not operating the internal circuit, the second potential is supplied.
