PURPOSE: An exhaust gas treatment device of a sintering machine is provided to remarkably reduce dust and substances causing pollution and to improve the manufacturing efficiency of a sinter by maximizing the efficiency of energy when manufacturing a sinter for a blast furnace. CONSTITUTION: The device is installed by:many surrounding type guide hoods(104) installed on a trolley(107) of a sintering machine; a gaseous fuel supply part(100) to supply gaseous fuel into the trolley of the sintering machine; a frontal suction pipe(11), a middle suction pipe(112) and a rear suction pipe(113) installed on the lower part of the trolley of the sintering machine; a gas suction part(110) to suck combustion gas to the lower part of the trolley of the sintering machine; and a gas returning part(120) installed on the second gas hood(125) via a dust collector(122), and a suction blower(123) and a bypass lateral duct(124) and to repeatedly return the combustion gas into the trolley of the sintering machine.
