PURPOSE: An LCD and a driving device thereof are provided to reduce the number of manufacturing processes and manufacturing costs by driving an LCD panel having a mosaic pixel array without changing the arranged states of signal lines and peripheral circuits. CONSTITUTION: A driving device of an LCD includes a gate driving portion(420), a data driving portion(430), and a timing control portion(550). The gate driving portion(420) applies the gate-on voltage to gate lines in order to turn on a switching element. The data driving portion(430) selects a gray scale voltage corresponding to an inputted color signal and applies the data voltage to data lines. The timing control portion(550) receives the color signal and a control input signal, controls the gate driving portion(420) and the data driving portion(430), and changes an output order of the color signal according to a pulse state of the control input signal.
