PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an electromagnet coil to generate optimum magnetomotive force. SOLUTION: A bobbin 56 for electromagnet coil has a base-side flange section 70 and a front side flange section 73 on both sides of a winding surface section 69 for winding a coil wire. The winding-starting end section and winding-ending end section of the coil wire are positioned on the base-side flange section 70 side. The bobbin 56 also has a path groove 77, which guides the portion of the coil wire continued from the winding-starting end section to the front-side flange section 73 from the base-side flange section 70.
