PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extracorporeal circulation blood circuit system capable of speedily separating bubbles mixed in blood and deaerating the blood without blood loss in deaeration. SOLUTION: The extracorporeal circulation blood circuit system is a circuit system comprising a first deaerating chamber 1 disposed in the middle of a main line 3, a second deaerating chamber 2 connected to the first deaerating chamber, and a solution feeding device 20 for feeding physiological osmotic pressure solution. As bubbles caught in the first deaerating chamber 1 are carried to the second deaerating chamber 2 filled with the physiological osmotic pressure solution, bubbles can be speedily separated and deaerated. Moreover, as the blood carried in the deaerating is substituted by the physiological osmotic pressure solution, the extracorporeal circulation blood circuit system without blood loss can be provided.
