PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a film while part of the continuously formed film is sampled to detect the concentration of a matting agent for maintaining it constant. SOLUTION: In a controller 32, the control parameter of a pump 18 is set on the basis of a calibration curve to maintain the concentration of the matting agent in the film 21 constant. The film 21 is made by using dope 11 and a matting agent dispersion 17. The lug of the film 21 is cut off by a lug cutting tool 26, and the lug 28 is subjected to an energy dispersion type fluorescent X-ray analyzer to measure the peak intensity of silicon and rhodium. On the basis of the measurement, the supply of the dispersion 17 by the pump 18 is adjusted. Since the measurement by the analyzer is finished in about 30 min, the objective film having a matting agent concentration can be made quickly. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
