PURPOSE:To attain stable level conversion without malfunction even in the presence of temperature fluctuation by providing a temperature compensation circuit section and deviating a gate-source voltage of a transistor(TR) for a current source in a direction cancelling the fluctuation of a threshold level of a logical inversion section due to temperature fluctuation. CONSTITUTION:If a forward drop voltage of diodes D1, D2 change respectively by -VT due to temperature rise, A level of a point B being a source electrode of a TR QD is fluctuated by 2X(-VT). Thus, the logical threshold level in the case of inputting a level of a point A is fluctuated by 2X(-VT). In this case, A gate-source voltage VGS of a TR QC is biased to be changed by 2XVT in a direction to cancel the fluctuation 2X(-VT) of the logical threshold level due to the said temperature rise. Thus, the fluctuation of 2X(-VT) of the potential at the point A due to the fluctuation of the said VGS is cancelled out and the fluctuation of the logical threshold value is suppressed. Thus, the signal subject to level conversion being outputted to an output terminal 2 is extracted as a signal whose temperature fluctuation is compensated. |
