PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a display board which provides participatory display with amusement in a park, a square, or an event side where a large number of people gather. SOLUTION: Exclusive lines connect: a contents site for producing and managing contents with amusement such as the contents display of questionnaire counting or posting messages to a billboard, or the game display of battle games, etc., a portable telephone network data center for relaying a portable telephone network to provide an Internet service; and the portable telephone network. Then the contents site is connected to a portable telephone-shaped large display board by the exclusive lines. The contents site displays an application screen for the questionnaire, a positing screen for the billboard, and a reservation screen for the battle games, etc., on the screen of a portable telephone, and requests the applicants of the questionnaire, posters to the billboard, or the reserving persons of the battle game, etc., to perform an input, and then performs a display procedure processing corresponding to an input result.
