PURPOSE:To obtain the printing plate having an excellent adhesive property to an original picture by providing micropatterns which consist of a high- polymer compd. and where the coating parts and non-coating parts to be removed at the time of development coexist on a silicone rubber layer. CONSTITUTION:The micropatterns which consist of the high-polymer compd. having polyorganosiloxane in the side chain and where the coating parts and non-coating parts to be removed at the time of development coexist are provided on the silicone rubber layer. This high-polymer compd. is preferably synthesized by using the macromonomer of the polyorganosiloxane and consists essentially of the polyorganosiloxane which has the group polymerizable at the terminal, for example, the repeating unit as expressed by formula I as the constituting component. In the formula I, R1 and R2 respectively denote a hydrogen atom, 1 to 10C unsubstd. or substd. alkyl group, etc.; n denotes >=2 integer.
