PURPOSE: Provided are a ligand exchange chiral stationary phase for LC, which can maximize optical separation by selecting a carrier having proper composition, and a chiral column filled with the ligand exchange chiral stationary phase, which can be used for a long time regardless of the composition of the carrier. CONSTITUTION: The ligand exchange chiral stationary phase represented by the formula 1 is produced by reacting a silyl compound with a silica gel, wherein the silyl compound is synthesized by synthesizing 4-alkenyl-5-alkyl-1,4-oxazine-2-one from a chiral amino alcohol as a starting material and performing hydrosilylation. And the chiral column is filled with the ligand exchange chiral stationary phase. In the formula, n is an integer of 0-15 and R is alkyl or aryl. |
