PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid mixer capable of preparing a liquid mixture by a simple operation and being manufactured at a low cost. SOLUTION: The liquid mixer is provided with a flow path 2 having an inflow port 21 and an outflow port 22 and a mixing liquid housing part 3 housing a liquid for mixing. The flow path 2 is provided with a small diameter part 23 and a large diameter part 24 whose diameter is larger than the one of the small diameter part 23. The mixing liquid housing part 3 and the large diameter part 27 are partitioned by a deformable sheet-like member. Also, the mixing liquid housing part 3 communicates with the small diameter part 23 of the flow path 2 through a communication hole 32. Also, the communication hole 32 is provided with a cord-like fiber bundle 33 for which cord-like fibers are bundled. Then, when a first liquid entering the flow path 2 from the inflow port 21 flows through the small diameter part 23 of the flow path 2, the liquid for mixing in the mixing liquid housing part 3 enters the small diameter part 23 through the cord-like fiber bundle 33 and is mixed with the first liquid.
