<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently dry and powder garbage without emitting an offensive odor to the environment. <P>SOLUTION: An agitating blade 12 is fixed to a support 5 and rotated in a disposal tank 2. Slits 12a are formed on the rear face side of the agitating blade 12 to discharge dry hot air. Heated air in the disposal tank 2 is discharged from a discharge air opening 18 by driving a blower 25 to be branched into a plurality of slender tubes 20. Heat radiation plates 21 are attached to the slender tubes 20 to cool the heated air, liquefying moisture in the heated air. The moisture is discharged from a discharge pipe 23 through a water collecting bowl 22 located at the bottom part. The air passing through the slender tubes is sent to a thick tube 26 through the blower 25. A heater 28 heats the air while the air passes through the thick tube 26, and the air passes through a hollow part of the support 6 again to be discharged from the slits 12a of the agitating blade 6.
