PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutter structure in a slitter capable of accurately setting a fine clearance, preventing winding of foreign matters, preventing vibration and a twist during running of a material, preventing the occurrence of the damage to the material, and executing an elaborate slit work. SOLUTION: In a cutter structure in a slitter formed that a plurality of disc-form cutters situated at prescribed intervals by a spacer are vertically combined together and a strip-form material being fed is slit in a given width, spacer rings 3 and 7 are attached coaxially with the cutter, and belts 4 and 8 are run between the spacer rings and rotary shafts 9 and 10, running of the belts around an upper cutter 5 and a lower cutter 2 are alternately effected at every other belt, and a touch trimming roller and a liner ring are situated between the belts.
