The fastener has two complementary and detachable hooking parts (2, 4) disposed at respective ends of a bracelet. The hooking parts are positioned with respect to each other in a locking position and maintained in this position by magnetic tacks (6-8). The parts are constituted of a locking axle (9) extending transversally to a longitudinal axis of the bracelet.
