PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easily wearable or removable wear wherein the lower part wear can be worn or removed in a state that the upper part wear is worn, while when a conventional patient outer wear having male engaging tools and female engaging tools in the shoulder and sides of front and back bodies or a disposable underwear using hook-and-loop fasteners as engaging tools on the shoulder and the sides is worn or removed, the upper part wear must be removed. SOLUTION: This easily wearable or removable wear comprises plural wears whose front and back bodies are separately formed and which are detachably attached to each other. Engaging tools which can detachably attach the lower end of the upper part wear to the upper end of the lower part wear are disposed on the lower end and the upper end, respectively.
