PURPOSE: Provided is a method of manufacturing functional distilled liquor, coarse liquor, rice wine and medicinal wines with aqueous solutions of selenium, ginkgo biloba leaves, pine needle amino acid, ginseng saponin and green tea which exerts the health-giving effect, and facilitates the consumption of the agricultural surplus. CONSTITUTION: A method of manufacturing the functional liquor and wines comprises the steps of: grinding the raw materials of rice, sweet potato and corn; mixing the ground materials with nano-clustered water; and adding an aqueous solution containing organic selenium, organic ginkgo, organic amino acid, organic saponin or organic green tea to the mixture.
