PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a closet bowl apparatus which prevents flushing water from scattering or flying out from a spout for discharging the flushing water forward from a side part of a bowl in an approximately horizontal direction along an inner surface of the bowl immediately below a rim of a closet bowl body. SOLUTION: This closet bowl apparatus is equipped with: the closet bowl body which has the bowl for storing seal water and a trap which communicates with the bowl in the vicinity of a bottom surface of the bowl and whose tail end is connected to drain piping; and a flushing water feeder which is located in the rear of an opening part of the bowl so as to feed the flushing water to the bowl. The closet bowl body is provided with the spout which communicates with the flushing water feeder and discharges the flushing water in the approximately horizontal direction along the inner surface of the bowl immediately below the rim of the closet bowl body; and the spout has a prescribed length, in which a longitudinal dimension of the spout is greater than a thickness dimension of the closet bowl body, and approximately the same sectional area.
