PURPOSE: An insurance joining and managing method using a DLL(Dynamic Linked Library) are provided to join to an insurance commodity easily and calculate an insurance bill and cancel returns exactly based on insurance joining information inputted in an insurance contract by utilizing a program of a DLL method mounted in a portable terminal. CONSTITUTION: An insurance commodity and client information is inputted through a screen for an insurance commodity joining design(S104). A page capable of inputting detailed joining information including the inputted insurance commodity and client information is supplied(S106). Insurance joining information such as a detailed joining information condition, a payment period, money, an insurance term, and a payment term of the insurance commodity is received through a page capable of inputting the detailed joining information of the supplied insurance commodity(S108). At least one insurance commodity DLL file is mounted. An insurance bill and cancel returns calculated by calling a corresponding insurance commodity DLL file based on the insurance joining information are returned. One of the insurance bill, a paid insurance bill amount, or cancel returns is output through a screen for the insurance commodity joining design in accordance with a request of an insurance designer(S112).
