<p>A liquid crystal screen and a liquid crystal display designed on the basis of a three-dimensional transistor. The liquid crystal screen comprises an array substrate (1), a printed circuit board (2), a first chip on film (3) fixedly provided with an integrated circuit (4), and at least one connecting piece (5) connected between the array substrate (1) and the printed circuit board (2), wherein the first chip on film (3) is attached between the array substrate (1) and the printed circuit board (2). The connecting piece (5) is arranged between the array substrate (1) and the printed circuit board (2), to support the array substrate (1) and the printed circuit board (2) to some extent, and share a part of the gravity of the printed circuit board (2) for the first chip on film (3) attached between the array substrate (1) and the printed circuit board (2), thereby avoiding damages to the circuit in the first chip on film (3), and further improving the qualified rate of the liquid crystal screen designed on the basis of the three-dimensional transistor.</p> |
