<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical information recording medium in which warp is suppressed, and a manufacturing method therefor. <P>SOLUTION: In the method for manufacturing the optical information recording medium, where a laminated body is formed by forming a recording layer in which information recording is allowed by laser light having a wavelength of ≤500 nm on a substrate in which a group having a track pitch of 200-400 nm and a groove depth of 10-150 nm is formed and by laminating a cover sheet on the recording layer of the laminated body. The temperature before laminating the cover sheet is adjusted so that the temperature in lamination may be in the range of ±5°C. Humidity before laminating the cover sheet is adjusted so that the humidity in the lamination may be in the range of ±18% RH. The lamination is done after retaining the cover sheet under a temperature- adjusted and humidity-adjusted state for 10 minutes or longer.
