PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin care preparation suppressing both melanogenesis of epidermis and AGEs production of derma and having bleaching action on the whole skin. SOLUTION: This skin care preparation is obtained by formulating an AGEs production inhibitor and a bleaching agent with a skin care preparation. The bleaching agent includes preferably one or more kinds of compounds selected from ascorbic acid and its derivatives and its salts, lipoic acid and its derivatives and their salts, cysteine and its derivatives and salts thereof, hydroquinone and its derivatives, resorcin and its derivative, glabridin, glabrene, liquilitin, isoliquilitin, a placenta extract, glutathione, hinokitiol and its glycoside and their salts, ellagic acid and its derivatives and salts thereof, glucosamine and its derivatives, azelaic acid and its derivatives.
