MODULE OF PROFILE-BENDING MILL

Invention relates to the equipment for working of metals by pressure and it can be used for creating the profile-bending mill for production of bent profiles of different configuration from strip or tape products. The module of profile-bending mill contains from two to five profile-bending stands fixed on a common bed made of rolled sections fastened between them, walls of which are turned to each other. Each supporting post of profile-bending stand is executed in the form of separate upright struts fixed on the appropriate walls of rolled sections at locations assigned by coordinate pins with formation of grooves for bearing supports for upper and lower shafts with profile-bending shafts. Upright struts are connected together by rotary traverses with hold-down screws for bearing supports of upper shafts mounted on them. In this case, the module is equipped with independent drive and transfer gear-box for connection with the drive of lower shafts of each profile-bending stand. The module is also equipped with the flanges fastened on the ends of each rolling section. Technical result consists in simplification in readjustment and increase of efficiency at production of bent profiles of different assortment, especially profiles of relatively small sizes and short-run profiles.
